FLOWER ESSENCE THERAPY

Flower essences are energy-based medicines which work in a similar manner to homeopathy. Flower essences have been known to a number of different cultures throughout the ages. For instance they were used by the famous Renaissance physician Paracelsus who many regard as the father both of modern scientific medicine and of homeopathy.

In the present century they were rediscovered by Dr Edward Bach, a British homeopath and Baoteriologist who discovered that essences made from a range of British flowers were useful in treating a wide range of conditions particularly those where there was a psychological cause. Since the time of Dr Each, who was active in the 1930’s, a large number of other flower essences from all around the world have become available. The modern essences can be effective against very many conditions, both physical and psychological.
